YOU SHOULD PAY ABOUT $1 PER 200mg CAPSULE. HOW MUCH FOR A 7 DAY CYCLE DEPENDS ON HOW MANY mg's A DAY YOU WANT TO GO. USUALLY BETWEEN 400mg-600mg A DAY. | ||

DNP IS CHEAP. 200mg A WEEKMIGHT DO SOMETHING FOR A 110lb WOMAN, BUT A NORMAL DOSE WOULD BE ABOUT 400mg A DAY, BUT IT REALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR WEIGHT. | ||

I'm as confused as you Rip It Up. I'm gettin my DNP very soon, and I still haven't come up with a good plan. I've been reading through the archives but there's like over 1000 of 'em! Everyone seems to have a different opinion on how much and for how long it should be used. My rough draft so far: 7 days on, 7 off, @ 300mg 8AM, 100mg 8PM. I'll just keep doing that till I'm down to like 10% or so. Good luck! ------------------ | ||

THE ONLY THING THAT SUCKS IS THAT I HEAR U TAKE IT AT 8AM THEN 8PM BUT I DONT WAKE UP TILL 1130AM THEN GO TO THE GYM SO I GUESS I WOULD DO IT 1130AM THEN 1130 PM. IM LOST AND NOBODY ON THIS BOARD REALLY KNOW I THINK | ||

7 on 7 off = in reality 10-12 on 2-4 off but even then not really becauce you will still have some DNP in your system up until the day you start again.

you have to buy it from a chemical distributor with a license. i just buy them for $1 per cap though. | ||

It is legal to purchase, but illegal to cap and distribute across state lines. So, you see why someone might be hesitant to source post for DNP. You can legally purchase the bulk chemical, dry it and do with it whatever you want. As soon as you cap it and make it available for human consumption it becomes illegal. |
