im is week 6 of 500mg sust week/ 35 mg d-bol for the first 4 weeks, I am getting more and more vascular and harder, and larger every where. but my ass has just blown up, i only eat about 3500 calories a day , and and doing cardio 3-5 days a week sfor 30-40 minutes, i am making excellent strenght gains, but my ass is getting huge, im also geeting some love handles, i can still faintly see my abs, but im looking like the pilsbury dough boy, im not eating that much 3500calores, some people say they eat 5k-6k, i eat cleanly about 80% of the time. im starting to eat even more clean foods, can any one help me as to figure out why?? i relasive im gonna gain some fat, but im blowing up here... can any on try and explain why?? | ||

Well, clearly you are taking in more energy than you are expending and using for growth and maintenance. The reason why it is acceptable to gain fat on a bulking cycle, is because you don't want to sell yourself short. It is hard to calculate just how many calories you need for growth and maintenance. In fact, it is nearly impossible. So eating alot ensures you get enough for that growth. After much experience, you will figure out how much you need. I used to stuff myself with 5-6,000 cals per day when trying to gain mass, and I got fat as hell. Yes, I was eating clean. I just don't need that much food, and it sounds like you don't either. Not everybody fits into these generic "AS rules" that many try to impose on you. Try cutting your cals back to 3,000 and see if you are still making strength and muscle gains. If not, then you might have to stay at 3,500 and then get yourself into a cutting mode afterwards. -TG | ||

Several reasons why this is happening: 1) As the previous poster stated, perhaps you are consuming more calories than you need. Natuarally the excess will be stored as body fat. It is possible that the glutes are where you naturally store fat. 2) The higher testosterone levels as a result of your weekly sustenon injections are being converted into estrogen. It is quite possible that currently you have high estrogen levels. Estorgen is notrious for promoting lower body fat gain. 3) Steroids are also known to upregulate alph-2 receptor levels. Estrogen can also do this. Majority of these receptors are in the lower body and naturally cause fat to be stored in these areas and make losing the fat extermely difficult if not impossible. What you can do now: 1) Have a blood test and check your estrogen and estradiol levels. If they are high, ask your physician to consider prescribing you an anti-estrogen such as arimidex. 2) If you are close to the end of your cycle, start reducing your calories and your carb consumption. In addition to the areboic activity that you are engaging in now, consider adding either Yohimbine HCL (with doctor's supervision of course) or Twinlab's Yohimbie Fuel (if you are unable to obtain an Rx for Yohimbine HCL) to your daily supplement regimen. Remember to NEVER stack ephedrine and yohimbie/yohimbine as the combination can be deadly. Good luck. | ||

My ass got huge on my first cycle of sust as well. You taking two of the main water retainers available so most of it's probably water gain due to increased estrogen. Just go with it and keep eating & pumping, the gains will be there when the water falls off. I'm a bloated dbol freak at the moment! | ||

I feel like a lard ass...well, i kinda am. Im not looking forward to all the work im gonna have to do after my cycle..to get cut. I just feel like im getting fatter and not gaining any muscle. | ||

my glute have probably gotten bigger from working em, but even with gear , it would make em that big | ||
