Into 3rd wk of dbol 30mg/day along with Sustanon 500mg and Deca 400mg/wk. I am having lower back pains inhibiting me from adequate deadlift and squating exercise. Is dbol the cause of the discomfort, never had the pains or discomfort before?

Your kidnesys are in your lower back section. Which can somtimes cause discomfort. This is usually a sign of high kidney stress. But shouldn't be that likely with what you are taking unless you already had kidney problems. That or it could just be a muscle strain from lifting.

I would say its from the water retention from the dbol...my "friend" who did a cycle of cyp and dbol had the exact same problem...his lower back would get so pumped it almost made it impossible to walk....oh the price they pay to get huge!!! lol... try a diuretic..drink plenty of water..and if that doesn't work..you may want to try 10mg of novladex ED to see if that takes away the water retention..those are just my ideas..Im sure the bro's that are more knowledgable than I will have a better answer..good luck

The discomfort feels like muscle tension in the lower back. I am a runner and have had similiar pains on long runs in the past!

could be the kidneys, take some milk thistle and it should help. You can pick it up at wal mart really cheap.

Try to eat bananas. 3-4 a day. They have some kind of mineral/component (oh sorry for my lack of knowledge, can't recall) which will help you. I had this problem and bananas helps me.
