22 YRS OLD, 148LBS, 5'9", been working out for about 4 years off and on. Looking to take some juice to get me big and strong. I would prefer only 1, 10cc cycle and not get too obvious. ADVISE PLEASE???

it's gonna be a little difficult to put on a solid amount of mass with only a 10 cc cycle. have you done any research??? i did a good year of research before i started a cycle and i'm still trying to learn some more shit. it pays to wait and learn so you don't fuck something up or fuck yourself up.

Heres a tip . Why dont you dedicate some time to training consistantly , not on and off , for a couple of years and then check back .
Try eating some food and basic compoound movements . Drugs arent a quick fix , they are a tool for use when your on the cusp of your natural limits . On and off training for 4 years hasnt got you there .

Why only a 10cc cycle? If you don't want it to be "obvious" why don't you just up your calories and more protein/creatine. Personally, I was planning to do a 10cc cycle of deca for my first cycle (which I am on now), but after a few weeks at 200mg/week I realized I could up the dosage to 350/week and 25mg/day dianabol without noticable sides. Basically my first "10cc cycle" has become a 18cc cycle with dbol stack, and I'm sure glad I bumped it up!

HOW ABOUT TEST 200 BROVEL??? OH AND WHITEY, I DID WORK OUT FOR A WHILE STRAIGHT, BUT ALWAYS HIT THAT PLATEAU WHICH I COULD NEVER GET THROUGH...I WOULD FEEL STUCK...AND THAT IS WHY I AM THINKING OF DOING THIS!!!

I am sure I will get slammed for this, but fuck it. Gear will definitly get you past any points in your workout. Forget the 10cc deal. This is your first cycle make it count. Blast those virgin receptors. You will only have one first cycle. Make it count. Three most important things are sleep, diet, proper workout. You MUST eat eat eat!!! This is your first so I am assuming it is a bulking cycle. Eat like a jerk! Calorie intake should be 4000-5000 daily. If you cannot eat enough meals drink it through weightgainer shakes. Your protein intake should be at leats 1.5 to 2 grams per pound. You must train harder then you do now. YOu will get a pump so quickly while on gear that alot of people think they done. YOu should workout at least as long as you do now if not longer. Lift heavy. It is very hard to overtrain while on. Rest is so important. You may find it difficult to sleep while on(depending on what you take) but you need 8-9 hours at least a night. YOu only grow when resting. So make sure you sleep. Now for the gear. You want to make this first cycle worthwhile so hit it up. Try a 8 week deal. This is basically the E2 special(2Thick is against this 100%)
Do d-bol at 6ED for the first 6 weeks. Then end that. Do sust250/Omna at 750 for the first week and 500 for the next 7 weeks. Do deca at 400 a week for the entire 8 weeks. You must have at least 40-20mg Nolvadex on hand in case of the onset of gyno. Also Clomid should be taken at 1EOD during the cycle and starting from one week after the last shot, do Clomid at 2ED for two weeks, then 1ED for the third week. End of cycle! As a virgin this cycle should put some serious weight on you. If you are looking to get less mass, adust your diet. Most people on bulking cycles eat everything, fatty or lean. My friend did this cycle and gained 35 pounds. I did the same cycle and gained only 15 pounds. It really depends on your diet. Remember, blast those receptors. You only get one first cycle!!!

thanx dahmer, but that seems like more than i am looking for...i was kind of looking for something a little more simple. By simple, i mean, less juice. I have no problem with the cal intake or fat, just didnt want to take quite that much juice. i am about 148 right now, if i can get up to like 160-165, then that would be great. my problem is that i am at that plateau....can't seem to go over it. What do you suggest???

I told you what I would do. I made the mistake of not blasting my first. My first cycle was one bottle of Maxi(Eq) 50mg/50ml, d-bol 6,6,5,4,3,2 and two bottle of stanazolic 50mg/20ml I gained like 15 pounds. I wished I blasted my first. Trust me you won't ever regret it. This cycle will helps you past all sticking points. And don't believe what alot of people say about losing everything post cycle. i would never be pushing up 85 pound dumbells if it wasn't for gear. That may not seem like alot for some of these people, but it is alot for me. I wss stuck at 55 pounders. i tried hitting a 60 pound and it would move!!! Until the good stuff!! Just do it and grow!

1 Sust 250 for week. I did it on my first and kept 15 of the 20+ i gained. That�s a pretty low dosage but it worked ok for me.
And with no clomid at the end. Now i know.

First of all 1 amp of sust250 a week is a very low concentration of test. There are 4 seperate esters in sust that all have different half lives. You would never have 250 or even 200 at any one time. That is why some guys have started the one amp a day deal. The concentration goes up greatly. Unless you are doing something like eth or prop then you are not getting what you think. If you shoot 1000mg of prop in a week then that's what you have. 4 amps of sust is not 1000. Do like that guy said. Creatine and protein. train train train! When you get ready to hit it, then blast it. Good luck.
