Bodybuilding is a blood sport

Bodybuilding is a blood sport. It requires a lust of your competitors and a lust for blood in your muscles; the more blood you can siphon from the former and put into the latter, the better bodybuilder you'll be.
We all know that, Lyrically, blood it the fluid of life;yet, on the mundane level of trainning, its also the fluid of muscle growth. Blood is turbofuelfor your body. Your Alimentary system takes only what it needs from the food that you eat, mixes it with oxyegen filtered by your lungs, then pumps this solution into every muscles in the body, feeding those tissues with a portion more potent than Popeye's Spinach. You can tear down all the muscle you want with heavy weights and low reps, but if its not being fed every blood borne nutrient available, its not going to grow to its optimum capacity. Thats the reason I engorge a bodypart with every corpuscle it'll hold when I train. As long as its slurping away at the blood like a gluttonus vampire and yelling "feed me," I keep right on pumping, even if I'm so numb I can't feel what i'm doing because I want that muscle to come crashing out of my body like a bellowing monster.

THAT A LONG WAY OF EXPLAINING VOLUME TRAINING!

Do you Like volume training or do you use allternate methods of building freaky muscle?
