I AM TRYING TO IMPROVE MY MID SECTION. SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID THAT DOING TO MANY SIT UPS WILL HURT YOUR STOMACH, AND SOME HAVE SAID THE MORE THE BETTER. IS 100 SITS UPS A DAY AN OVER KILL?

i feel that this would actually help you....but don't do it every day....2-3 times a week should be good enough...and will let your abs recover in between workouts

nomatter how many crunches you do unless you lose your bodyfat you will never have a sixpac. I have alwaus looked at the abs as any other bodypart. I worked my abs maybe 2 times a week. That is just me though.i Only do it when i am cutting . It is pointless to do unless you are cutting wieght.

100 is nothing!!!!, dont listen to him, do 1000 crunches a night without stopping changing positions starting with your legs on floor to raising them, bicycle kicks, raises, everything squeese and feel pain or you will have no gain. DIET/cardio/ and good steroids will help to. peace. i am out
