i beg to differ i feel that this would actually help you....but don't do it every day....2-3 times a week should be good enough...and will let your abs recover in between workouts PA | ||

nomatter how many crunches you do unless you lose your bodyfat you will never have a sixpac. I have alwaus looked at the abs as any other bodypart. I worked my abs maybe 2 times a week. That is just me though.i Only do it when i am cutting . It is pointless to do unless you are cutting wieght. ------------------ | ||

100 is nothing!!!!, dont listen to him, do 1000 crunches a night without stopping changing positions starting with your legs on floor to raising them, bicycle kicks, raises, everything squeese and feel pain or you will have no gain. DIET/cardio/ and good steroids will help to. peace. i am out -The Real Luvs | ||
