I'd really like to learn more about nutrition as it aplies to me (23, 150 lbs, fast metabolism). Everything I find seems to be geared toward fat loss. Where should I learn about what to eat and when. Also, (besides test & fina) what supplements should I be taking besides creatine? I have been taking GNC egg & whey protein, but have Genetitec Prophase (protein), Met-RX Mass Action (creatine, carbs, HMB), and Metaform Hyperdrive (post work out) on the way. Are these OK? Do I need anything else? Thanks for any respone, | ||

hey bro i was kind of like you. If you want to grow and get bigger then then your priorty should be to eat more cal. then you burn. That means you should eat around 4000 to 5000 cal a day. But if you are like me then and have a hard time eating that much then it might be a good idea to get a wieght gainer shake.
