I've always use a 1", and I've never had any problems you describe. The only time a 1.5 is usually needed is if you've got too much fat for a 1" to penetrate deep enough. Try using your quads, they usually hold less fat than the glutes. ------------------

i also use 1 1/2 and 23 gauge and i sometimes get lumps and it sometimes hurts and then other times i am fine. It also depends on what you are shooting. That is the main reason why you feel pain and get lumps. ------------------

GO FOR THE QUADS WITH A 1 INCH. GIVE YOUR GLUTES A REST AND SEE IF IT HELPS.

somtimes I get the lumps but I think it is from the needle moving around when i am trying to squeze the eq thru a 23 gauge...I always shoot in the delts!!!!

i use 1 1/2 22gauge and it works fine for me..never had a problem. This guy told me the other day that he was on juice a few years ago and that he was using a 10 guage!!! Ive never even seen a 10 before. I said, " You should have done your research my friend". I cant believe what some people put themselves through. |
