Hello all!
It is weird, my lower body is very powerful but it looks 'small' .
My upper body is 'weak' but it looks big.

I can do 230 pounds on leg extension easily now(max on Apex machine).
First time I tried it I could barely do one maximum. Thats pretty good knowing that some guys cannot even DREAM about such strenth (and I HAVE touched that machine before)

I can do ~200 pounds on leg curl now. First time I tried I was doing 100+ pounds with many reps.

I can leg press ~1000 pounds for some reps. Etc.

But I have trouble benching over 100 pounds, pushdowns more than 100 pounds ( with my triceps alone), and arm curls. What the heck?

I think that my upper body may be slow twich fiber make up while my lower body is fast twich. But then, wouldn't my legs be big?
My legs are 22-24 inches.

Whats up with that? Can anybody explain?

DO you do ass tot he floor squats and deadlifts?Forget the leg extensions,they don't build any appreciable muscle.Forget triceps pushdowns too.

If you are looking to put on some serious size,you will have to squat(ass to the floor),deadlift, benchpress,with heavy weights
