HEY GUYS! WEEK 7 OF MY FIRST CYCLE IS OVER. THIS WEEK WAS PRETTY GOOD. MY STRENTH IS STILL INCREASING. I AM HOLDING WATER FROM THE SUST BUT I AM STILL GETING PRETTY HARD AND VASCULAR FROM THE EQ. I UPPED MY CALS THIS WEEK TO AROUND 6500(AS CLEAN AS POSSABLE). I GAINED 4 POUNDS THIS WEEK AND MY TOTAL WEIGHT GAIN IS 37 POUNDS. I HAVE 1 WEEK OF SUST LEFT AND 5 MORE WEEKS OF EQ. I AM LOOKING TO PUT ON ANOTHER 5-10 SOLID POUNDS. I'LL KEEP YOU UPDATED

how much fat are you gaining from 6500 calories a day??

if i eat more than 4000 i tend to blow up like the pilsbaru dough boy.. clean calories or not

you are up 37lbs and looking for another 5-10? holy shit, either your receptors are made by the gear gods or you are holding buckets of water. either way, that is some solid gains. just make sure you get your mind ready for the psychological fuk up when you get off the cycle and you drop 20 lbs. not trying to scare you, but when guys do their first couple of cycles, they get all happy about the 20 or 30lbs they gained, but when they come of they get all depressed cuz their loosing a ton of weight. just make sure your are ready for the off cycle. peace

THEFACELESSBALLER, I HAVE ADDED A LITTLE FAT BECAUSE OF ALL THE CALS BUT THAT DOES NOT BOTHER ME THAT MUCH, I AM JUST TRYING TO PUT ON AS MUCH MASS AS POSSABLE. Only SSMAN has beatin me on my best cycle. He gained 50+ pounds and I gained 42lb. on my best cycle. Looks like your ready to be apart of the club. Don't stop bulking either, the minute you feel sloppy or sluggish, do extra cardio, but keep the cals up....

You should go to the doctor and get tests done right away because that much weight in 7 weeks is very unhealthy!

When you gain that much weight that quickly, you put extreme stress on your joints (especially your knees and ankles). You also stress your heart, your liver and kidneys. Also all of the extra food is wearing down your gastrointestinal system. The extra food also can lead to problems with your colon. If that extra weight has to do with more fat and water weight then your cardiovascular system is under extreme stress.

You will ignore most signs and just attribute them to the gear. You need to go and get blood work done and have your liver values examined. They should be awful right now but you need to see if you are at dangerous levels.
Your LDL cholesterol levels should also be at very high levels and that is not good with all of the extra weight and calories.

You should try to get rid of some of the water weight with 5-7 days of Nolva at 10mg/day. I would not recommend cardio because you might injure your joints due to the extra weight. Swimming is the only cardio that will be safe.

I agree with 2Thick....I've been stressing The "I've gained this much weight" thing for awhile.....your body has a hard time adjusting to rapid weight gain or loss for that matter!
