Today is the end of my 4th week of a Sust, D Bol Cycle, I'm running sust 12 weeks, 500 mg a week, and have taken D Bol at 3 tabs a day for the first 4 weeks, stopping the D Bol this week. So far I'm up 20 lbs, guessing half water, and half muscle. No side effects, except for a higher sex drive, Had the Sust flu the first week or so, no fever, but didn't feel very well. THis is my 4th cycle, I havent cycle since last Oct, so my I lost all my gains from my previous cycle, I was kind of doing this cycle to find out if it would take more gear to get gains now, but not so. Im on pace to have way more gains after this cycle than my first 3,(with the same amount of Juice, actually a little less) which leads me to the conclusion that your body doesnt get used to the juice, its just that the more you grow, the more you go past your genetic limit and that is why it takes more juice to continue to gain, not taht your body becomes less responsive. After this, I'm going strait to WInny and Fina for 6 weeks, then EQ the rest of the summer. My diet has been prett;y good, not great, I"m not much of an eater, but force myself to get 5-6 meals a day, 3 solid, and 3 MRP's. I started off at 175 12% vf, and now am up to 195 bf about the same, up a little, holding a good bit of water. I hope to get up to 210 by the end of the Sust(8 weeks left to do t hat, shouldnt be a problem), then get rid of the water with the Fina and Winny while maintaining the 210 body weight, no into comp b building obviously, just looking to gain some, I"ve been lifting for 9 years now, I make NO gains naturally, have come to accept the only way to grow is through juice. Just thought I'd update y'all, because the updates are my favorite part of the board, I like the way Mustang 18 has been doing it weekly(and oh yeah, my prayers are with your father, hopes everything goes well), it is the best way to learn, see how peope are gaining and such through weekly reports, thanks.
