Well I started my tricep injections the other day, and I noticed it was the BEST feeling shot ever! NO pain, far better than glutes. Is this normal? Any way I was thinking when my tri's get big, they will overthrow my delts, so how do I do delts without getting that "lumpy look"?     | ||

find the end of the bone in your shopulder and go out 1 inch further take a longer needle 1"+ depending on how big your shoulders and go deep into the muscle it will cause a lifting effect, you'll like the results |
