Need help on how often to inject sus..... using 750/week.....should I spread each shot out mon/wed/Fri......or all 3 like say on Mon????? what's the best way to utilize all four tests???? ------------------     | ||

The more shots you can stand, the better it is. Ideally you should take it like you said, m,w,f. I take 1000mg per week in 2 500mg shots. Just out of curiosity, what type of sust do you have? ------------------ | ||
