Keep the amounts of sugar ingestion low after adminstration of insulin but keep your carb levels high..ie...eat complex carbs as your primary source of carbs while still ingesting small amounts of high glycemic carbs at the same time. Excess sugar will be stored as fat. Also maintain very low fat food intake during the first 2-3 hrs after taking the insulin as the insulin will force the fat to become stored. I use insulin in low dosages and love the effects but fine tuning your diet is the key to its effectiveness

while the insulin is active in your body don't eat any fat with your meals. Take a fat burner. pretty much just eat clean

Well the fact that you are using slin means you could also consider T3 or dnp. T-3 at 25mcg daily works like a charm (I use two divided doses of 12.5mcg). I also use ALA for most non-postworkout meals, and keep the carb count pretty low on those meals. Doing this might help you keep more insulin sensitivity. |
