If I stack test, T3, clen/ECA (alternating every two wks), what kind of diet should I use to lose 20 lbs of fat and still gain 5 lbs of muscle? Should I restrict calories, or do you think I should eat more to grow and let the T3, clen, eca, cut the fat?

I would use a ketogenic diet, keep protein high - 300 - 350g/daily. T3 and clen are not miracle drugs, you will need to restrict your calories, and this is the time to up your cardio to 3x a week or more.

I was hoping that if I am training really hard lifting and doing some cardio then I can still loose weight w/o restricting diet. Anyone else?

you have got to keep the protein high-T3 ius very catabolic-try the clen and eca with cardio and dieting-even some winny or halo if your diet is very strict and you have much to lose-I would try all that before the cynomel.
