I want to cut up and was wondering what kind of diet I should be eating Calories/Fat/Protein/Carbs? I don't want to lose any of my precious muscle!!Also exercise.Should I keep up with the weight training that I'm doing now and add cardio every single day.Cardio for how long.Do you thing Hydoxycut by muscletech would help speed up the process.Opinions on what AS you would use to cut up!! weight-220lbs height-6'0'' age 25 ------------------ | ||

I AM NOT VERY GOOD WITH DIETS BUT I CAN HELP YOU WITH A CYCLE IF YOU LIKE. HYDROXYCUT WILL BE A BIG HELP. I WOULD MAKE MY OWN WITH 25MG/EPHEDRINE 200MG/CAFFINE 325MG/ASPRINE I LOVE THAT AND IT WORKS JUST AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER E/C/A OUT THERE AND IT IS CHEAP. LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET OR WHAT YOU HAVE ACESS TO AND I'LL HELP YOU MAKE A CYCLE IF YOU LIKE. ANY AS CAN BE USED FOR CUTING, IT ALL COMES DOWN TO DIET. I'm no expert in AS, but I do know dieting. www.cyberdiet.com/profile/profile.html This gives you a rough estimate of your daily maintenance calories. You need to eat 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. So in your case 330g a day. Fats should be keep at 20% of your total calories. The tricky part is your carb intake. It should be at 330g-460g (1.5-2.1g per lb of body.) a day depending on your metabolism and how much your body needs. To give you an idea for workouts, this is what I do: Mon: Morning cardio, Afternoon Chest Cardio is done on an empty stomach 40-45 min at low-moderate intensity. I burn about 250-300 cals on a treadmill. I don't train legs because that's all I did for the past 6 months (shoulder injury). I went from 206lbs to 196lbs in 3 weeks with no muscle loss. I will be adding a Eca stack after another week. You need to drink at least 1 gallon of water a day, and no carbs past 6pm. | ||

Getting ripped is mostly a matter of diet and training.I have found that in most of the coaching I've done that a high protein,medium fat,low carb approach works best in most cases.I would make protein about 50% of my calories with carbs and fat split at 25% each.The majority of carbs should be w/ breakfast and immediately after training.Fats should come from your proteins as well as healthy oils like flax,olive,and fish.Protein should be at each meal split evenly throughout the day.Also,don't neglect drinking plenty of water.As far as fat burners,I think Hydroxycut sucks.An ECA stack like suggested above is good or try Xenadrine or Adipokinetix.As far as cutting drugs...oxandralone,halotestin,masteron,winstrol v are all good,however'your key lies in your diet.As far as cardio...30-60 minutes a day either first thing in morning or right after training are the best times.Good luck! ------------------ | ||
