im currently on my first cycle, just wondering how often you guys work your smaller bodyparts? is it ok to work forearms and abs everyday? or is it too much? | ||

I ONLY WORK FOREARMS ONCE A WEEK. I WORK THEM ON THURSADY WHEN I DO MY BIS. I TRAIN ABS ON MONDAY AND FRIDAY. I AM NOT SAYING THIS IS HOW EVERYONE SHOULD DO IT, BUT THIS IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME. GOOD LUCK AND TRAIN HARD M18 ------------------ | ||

I don't see any reason to train any bodypart everyday, they all need time to grow. | ||

i will ad abs to 2-3 of my work outs in a week, fore arms to one, i also do fore arms on arm day, and claves on leg day, then on another day, usually back | ||

I do lots of 2" thick bar lifting...so my grip/forearms get a lot of stress from every workout. I also use my grippers 2x a week and my wrist roller 1x a week. On my event day I get a lot of stress from the tire flip and the farmer's walk too. I train my grip and forearms a lot...but I train them in very different manners. Abs...I actually train them lightly every other day. Nothing too hard...just consistantly. Calves...I neglect them. Need more work in this dept. B True | ||
