How many calories does this provied? How much protein is this? Carbs, Fat? How much do you weigh? It looks kind of light to me - more like a cutting diet. It depends on your weight though.

I THINK YOU NEED TO EAT A LITTLE MORE CALS. I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY YOU ARE EATING BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT MUCH. I WOULD DROP THE POTATO CHIP AND ICE CREAM BARS AS WELL. RIGHT AFTER YOUR WORKOUT YOU NEED A LOT OF CARBS (80-120) TO GET YOUR GLYCOGEN(SP) LEVELS BACK UP. I HAVE 1 SERVING OF N-LARGE 2 RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT AND IT HAS 816 CALS ABOUT 110 CARBS AND 60 GRAMS OF PROTEIN WHEN MIXED WITH 300MG/1% MILK. FOR LUNCH IF I HAVE A CLASS I WILL TAKE A CONTAINER OF BROWN OR WHITE RICE AND A COUPLE CHICKEN BREATS AS WELL AS SOME YOGURT. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CALS,CARBS AND PROTEIN THAT YOUR DIET TURNS OUT TO BE? IF YOU COULD FIND OUT IT WOULD HELP US FIGURE OUT WHERE IT NEED IMPORVMENT. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK BRO!

hey man
if you are trying to mass up this isnt the diet for you, it looks low in protein and calories both. not to flame or anything but do a little research for this, i dont think you will be disappointed. there are a bunch of good diet posts in the archives of this great board. these guys have been around a long time and have gone through it all already ,use their experiences to your advantage.

Hi Ripped

Good to see you are eating frequently, but some of your choices are a little strange (baby carrots and sorbet icecream bar?). Without knowing the exact amounts of macronutrients I would hazard a guess, as many have above, that you need more complex carbs and protein.

I dont have enough time to go through the whole thing, but as a starter, look at your breakfast. You body has gone more than 9 hours without food, and you give it 3 eggs and a piece of toast?! I thought you where trying to bulk? That is not a very solid start to kick your body out of catabolic mode.

That's not even enough homey. Aim for at least 4000+ cals, use pasta, oatmeal, steak!
Take in 1000 cals straight in a shake after your workout, such as 7 scoops of Twinlab Ultra Fuel and 3 scoops of whey protein.

Baby carrots before a work-out? WTF is that, you must not be working you're legs very hard on leg day because if you were, there would be carrot marmalade all over the floor.
Seriously, if you want gain you have to eat, more like 6-10 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal and some fruit. 2 peanut butter sandwiches an apple and a protein drink. Lean hamburger, 2 chicken breasts, steaks, potatoes, yams, salads, milk, rice. Forget the ice cream, maybe once a week. Forget the chips, unwanted fat! Especially if your on juice, you have eat, eat, eat.

that diet blows!! You need 8-10 egg whites in your 1st meal, cut out the OJ, use a glass of milk and a small bowl of fruit. No ice cream at night at all. You need 1.5-2.5 lbs of lean beef per day, and around 5-10 chicken breasts. LATE!!

it's good that he posted this diet, bros...

he now knows that this will without a doubt fail miserably to put on ANY weight onto a 154-lb teen....i'd say add about 3 steaks and get rid of the baby carrots....you could also throw out the protein bar and replace it with a good old fashioned weight gainer with whey protein added to it

water is an important factor too....at least a gallon a day is the right amount

and don't be afraid to eat the occasional extra large super supreme pizza....with a diet soft drink of course....wouldn't want too much sugar...LOL

have fun, be young, and learn all you can....if you do this right, it WILL be rewarding!
