If you want to burn fat naturally you must do cardio everyday. Before i go into detail i just want to say this is what works for me.I use to eat 600-800 calories less then my body burns a day do lots of cardio and it didnt work.I did not maintain muscle.I was starving myself and losing just as much muscle as fat regardless of the supplements i was taking. What im doing now is eating about 500-800 more then my body burns and i do 1 hour cardio on the treadmill 6 days a week but before that i do a few abdominal workouts(Situps,legraises). It works great for me. 3 weeks ago i was 200 at 15% body fat and now im at 10.5(today) still at 200 pounds i maintained or gained a little lean body mass but was able to burn some fat without losin too much good weight or any if that. In other words dont starve yourself eat a little more then your body burns and about the cardio;Im sorry but you must do it at least 5 days a week if not 6 and maintain a reasnobaly high heart rate(130-150) or you will not burn the excess fat.Let me know what you think. Oh remember morning is the key. At night your body only burns carbs. Do the cardio in the morning. | ||

I dunno. A lot of people at my gym feed each other a steady diet of shit, and they don't gain ANY muscle, so i guess it ain't true. Oh, the layers and subtlety of my postings... haha | ||

when you do cardio at night it takes about 20 minutes to burn off the carbs | ||
