Okay staying natural, what can I do to drop my bodyfat fast, just to get cut up and look a bit better for summer, I'm at 12% right now...I was thinking of jumping on a total protein diet, but my question is, how much in carbs can I consume a day??? I work out 6 days a week bust my ass in the gym...cardio been light lately cause of a problem with my knee...i just want to get cut enough to show off my legs and all just drop teh bodyfat, so How about we help everyone out, what's the best way in ur opinion to do it? besides cardio cardio cardio, I need a easy to follow diet
