I wouldn't go past 3 t-3 per day and as for the rest of the progress ...how many calories per day ? how much protien? and how much winny? Finish your question.

How is the diet? That is the most important thing. Are you doing cardio? Exactly what do you mean you dont notice anything? Strength? fat lose? Size?

not enough calories...starving yourself does not make you ripped...increase to 2000 and go from there but to just slam yourself down to 1200 will definately cause muscle wasting roids or no roids

I WORK OUT 5 DAYS A WEKK AND DO 20MIN CARDIO 5 DAYS A WEEK.NO FAT LOSS YET I LOST WEIGHT BUTI DONT THINK IT WAS FAT

Alot of being "ripped" has to do with having hard muscles. You get this from either gentics, extremely hard work, or steroids high in adrogenic activity. Winstrol is not very high in androgenic activity. PEople use it to get cut but usually stack it along with a more potent androgenic steroid.

I would like ot know, are you feeling anxious?
