I'm thinking of doing a cycle of test and eq. to lose fat while preserving muscle on a very restricted diet. But if I'm juicing, I want to gain a little lean mass, too.

A. Is it possible to lose 20lbs of fat and gain 5lbs of muscle at the same time?

B. I'm planning to restrict my calories to take off the fat. If I keep my protien high, should I still be able to put on some muscle?

I THINK YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PUT ON ABOUT 5 POUNDS OF MUSCLE WHILE CUTING THE BODY FAT. IT IS VERY HARD TO CUT FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE AT THE SAME TIME THOUGH. IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR DIET BRO. I AM NOT REALLY GOOD WITH DIETS SO I CAN'T HELP YOU THERE. GOOD LUCK

first thing first. you're on eq and tests and stay on a resticyed diet. that's a no no. you see, eq enhance your appetite so you gonna eat more than usual. tests...will both preserving and even give you gain of muscles.with this cycle, you need to eat alot of quality food.

"Is it possible to lose 20lbs of fat and gain 5lbs of muscle at the same time?" the answer is possible if you stack it with t3, 1 week of clen, and switch to eca stack the next week. what im saying is that you should alternate the clen and eca 1 week on and 1week off. the only restricted a.s that works well is primo.

Lardlad - Thanks for the info. I haven't actually started yet, I'm still researching. If I stack test, T3, clen/ECA (alternating), what kind of diet should I use? Should I still restrict calories, or do you think I should eat more to grow and let the T3, clen, eca, cut the fat?
