Ok - started my cutting cycle on Jan. 1. COncisted of 75mg Fina,150 mg EQ and 50 mg Prop each EOD along with 50 mg Winny ED. Followed diet taper from 2600-2000 per day. Did one body part per day 5 days a week. Cardio for 4 days per week.

I went from 220 at 13% on Jan. 1 to 208 at 7.8% nearly three weeks ago. I have not budged in the last three weeks, though. I have ramped T-3 from 25-50-75-100-75-50-25 every week.

Any suggestions on how to drop the lat 5 pounds to get me 5-6% ??

You've been on a while and probably hit a plateau. That is an awesome cycle you had there. I like the Prop, Fina, EQ combo, that is what I'm gonna do, soon, only do more of a bulking thing and add some dbol. You could always try increasing your cardio a little more...

I am so stoked about the Fina/EQ/Prop that I will use as a bulking cycle next time. SO the cardio thing - faster pace on treadmill or slower pace/longer duration?? I'm thinking slower, but I am so completely non-objective at this point I'm not really sure.

For cardio, I think a slower pace and longer duration is better fo purely fat-burning. If you get the intensity too high, it can become catabolic and you could sacrifice some muscle mass...

For your size 2000 calories sounds very low...Though you know your body best. At that level my metabolism would crawl to a halt and I would stop loosing weight. For me, if I go below 2500 calories I don't loose fat. My metabolism holds everything it can under that point. Perhaps this is your situation.

TD - I have been doing Interval Training on the cardio. Think I will tone it back and go longer.

Beezers - I think that I will increase calories totals by 15%. Maybe that coupled with the new approach to cardio will be beneficial.

Thanks for the replies.

What up neighbor! Nice cycle, maybe a little more fina for me!!
IM going to go with Beezer on the calorie thing. Your body is hitting that starvation type mode where it thinks it needs to conserve fat for survival. i would suggest
going 2 or even 3 days low carbs and then stepping it up to a norma day of carbs for 2 days and then repeating. Once a week hit a day with extra extra carbs to shock your system.
good luck!
