I'm doing two weeks on (clen) and two weeks off (ephedrine, caffine, and yohimbe) but I'm addicted to caffiene so I was wondering if I took a 200mg pill a caffiene 3 times a day with clenbuterol 3 times a day would this be to much on the old heart. Also what about clen and yohimbe toghether.

Get at me bros...
THANKS!

Everybody reacts differently to stimulants. Some people can eat clen by the handfulls and it doesn't bother them, others take two tabs and shake all day. If you handle stimulants well, then you shouldn't have a problem taking Yohimbe with your clen. I, however, handle stimulants VERY well, but I would not take 600mg of caffeine with clen. You could have a couple of cups of coffee during the day, but taking that much caffeine with your clen could be a bit too much. BTW, an average cup of coffee has about 40mg of caffeine.

What about diet soda? That's what I used after coming off of a 4 month run of Xenadrine 3 times per day. 200mg caffeine 3 times per day is probably a little much.

Diet soda doesn't have that much caffeine, so you should be fine. I tell ya, caffeine is some addictive stuff. Everytime I do the ECA thing for a couple of weeks, and come off, I get the worst headaches and just feel like trash all day. I found that having a cup of coffee in the morning helps. Diet Pepsi or whatever helps out too.

An average cup of coffe has more than 40 mg's caffein, it is more like 150 to 250 mg's. Also I would not mix stimulants, they have a synergystic effect that may be troublesome and certainly isn't healthy. When I say not to mix I mean no clen with ephedrine or caffeine and vice versa.

Maybe I am extreme but right now I take 2 clen before morning cardio (8am), then 1 an hour later with breakfast(9am). Then about a half hour later I drink a liter of coffee on my way to work(930am). I pop 3 more clen with lunch (130pm). Then I take some ripped fuel on my way to workout right when I get off work (5or6pm). Sometimes I will substitute the coffee with some ripped fuel. I'm pretty shaky most of the day, have crazy workouts and cardio sessions. Only doing this trying to get as cut as possible by next Saturday for vacation, I'm not usually this psycho but I can handle it.
