I got a right wrist tendinitis on late december by doing a heavy Dumbell shoulder press. The Doc told me that with the help of a phisical therapist I would be ok in a few weeks.
It has been two months and I�m still with the injury even thought I feel better. WTF!!! Two months to trash!! I have loose 10 pounds!!
Have anyone have tendinitis??? Is it that long to heal???

no but i got ligament damage in lower back im going to use anti innflammitry cream voltrol

Sorry about the injury bro,but its part of our game.Your body can probably use the layoff,as most of us r in a chronic state of overtraining.So when u get back u will b well rested and probably get bigger and stronger than ever.Hang tough!
