What do you all think is better? Going to 90 or a little over or going all the way down to the floor? For those who say going all the way down, aren't you worried about risking knee injuries? Also, would going to around 90 degrees give you the same muscle growth as going as deep as you would if you went to the floor?

Please help!!!

AJ

If your trying to get a better physique then exercising your muscles through their entire range of motion is a good idea. I didn't mean to sound like a smartass, it' just reads that way. really.

ass to the floor, its actually easier on the meniscus cartilidge in your knee, as opposed to parallel squats, pluss it gives the muscles (quads and hams) easier to switch their muscle contractile.
