if you know you did it, whats the point of shouting it out here? keep it to yourself. no flame, but i really doubt anyone cares how much you benched today. you are either looking for a better rep. or are bored.

if that is for real, i am damn impressed. I personally dont see why someone would waste their time and make that up. It's not like when we see Deepsquat we are going to be in awe of him. Chances are none of us are going to meet him. Although if your stats are the real deal, i'd love to learn a thing or 2 from you. keep it up.

That is amazing. My buddy was drafted into the NFL last year and he was reppin 225 for 37. The scouts were really impressed and this was at a weight of 305. 43 reps at a weight of 265 lbs is really impressive. How much were you benching before you injured your shoulder? According to the http://www.huskerpower.net/1RM.html calculator you should be maxing around 515. Congrats.

well guys I guess that just shows how much bullshit that calculator is ...hell 4 years ago I squated 315 for 34 reps ...and the calculator says that works out to a 636 squat( no fuckin way i could do that much )
as for my max bench...I can't do it worth a shit (never have been able to ) but also i have still been training chest even though i couldn't bench ,I did inclines...but still I admit the 43 reps is amazing...an ex-pro football player was benching behind me when i started the set (he is 65 285) and at my 15 TH very fast rep i heard him say "Holy shit, look at this "
Once again I admit it is hard to believe

Yeah man, thats out-freakin-ragous !!!

A buddy of mine just signed with an arena football team and he was the talk of the tryout doing 38reps@225. (they signed him on the spot, fullback).

Its funny how strength and power are different. I've squatted 690 and benched mid 4's, yet cant rep out of the 20's with 225 or 315 (bench and squat)......

I've got some updated pics to post on here, mailed them to conan69 the other day....if I could figure out how to post them to this board myself I would......I just dont feel like re-reading those damn instuctions again and again...

Good job bro.....!!
Peace,
H-man

It's believable, I'm a little guy at 190 and while on sustanon I repped out with 20 reps with 225. So I believe a guy that's 75 lbs heavier than me could do it.

I see no problem with him posting this. He is excited, and wants to share his accomplishment. If you flame that tells me you are upset with his ability. There is no reason to flame- if you dont like his post- pass over it! Anyhow- CONGRATS on the lifting. My best with 225 is 37 (incline) after doing 405 for 4 reps, and it was my 11th set. I was burning out too. I think I could get 50 one of these days if that is my goal when I walk into the gym.

I am 38 at #210. On a good day I can knock off about 18 to 20 good, clean reps.
Congrats, I would be excited and boasting as well.

For those of you that congratulatied me THANK YOU! For those of you who doubt me......well what can i say...If some newbie posted that i ight doubt him....but i have been posting on this board scince Nov.0f 99 and I have never brought anything to the table in reguards to my strength levels and have nothing to gain by a bulshit post...the other day I didn't see anyone call bullshit on Buz's 290 military press.and you know why? Because we want to believe him...even though you may not be able to do it, you can imagine it ...but maybe becuase some of you have been stuck at 185LBS X6 for the last 6 months you think that everyone must be thier to who is not a mod on this board or a pro bodybuilder or football player. And this post was not about my strength level I feel it was about my repping ability with 225, not my max ability
But one of you did request some other stats so here goes....today went up to 235X4 in the military press...and on one dumbell tricepe press did 130X10 legpress 19 45LBS plates (total, not each side)X8 squat 500X4 thats about it for semi impressive
