While benching today...I heard a tearing sound and then my left peck gave out...its starting to get sore but I can move it around and stretch it without to much pain...What should I do to heal it faster...I'm in mid cycle | ||

Exact thing happened to me. Sorry to say it but rest is probably the only thing you CAN DO. Mine was so bad that it was interfering with my other upper body lifts. Your confidence will be the toughest thing to regain. Ease back into it. ------------------

Ouch, rest up. I tore a tendon in my pectoral area, these things never heal. | ||

Having suffered through 2 pec tears, I can tell yout that you would absolutely know if you had a tendon to bone type tear. Muscle to tendon injuries are common and usually require no surgery. Any chest injury can be very nasty so I would advise you to go get an MRI and have a qualified sports doc check you out. Stop the cycle and rest up. I have spent over 2 yrs nursing my first tear because I refused to rest and stay off cycle. BPP | ||

Get some ice on it asap; ice it every hour for 20 minutes(i.e. 20 on and 40 off)for the next 24 hours; it will greatly help(use a bag of frozen peas or whatever if you don't have ice packs). | ||

Rice rest ice compression elevation very light streching and workouts ice immeadiately after every time at least 6 wks drop the androgenics... no use now, the anabolics eq n deca will heal you faster though. good luck n feel better! |
