today i tried to up the dosage of my eca stack. i took 100mgs of ephedrine,1g of caffeine and 1.3g of aspirin divided in four doses.too much! i have irregular heart beat, and my bp went up to 190 (i usually have 65-110).i took some tenormin (atenol) wich is a betablocker. it's starting to get better. my question is: anyone else did this? for how long will the betaB stay in my sistem? p.s.    | ||

If you do not take tenormin on a regular basis...or any other beta blocker...you do not need to be taking it at all. Just my opinion. It takes a while for them to get out of your system. Why would you take that much eca anyway??? B True  | ||

I've never gone over 50-400-325...then 1/2 that 6-8 hours later...I agree that 75 mg of ephedrine is the max dosage you should use in a 24 hour period! As far as the beta-blockers, I have no idea... Be wise people, more is NOT always better!! ------------------ | ||

The effects of the beta blocker should be gone within a day. Tenorman is not especially long acting, so it might even be shorter. | ||

all a matter of tolerance- WHICH VARIES CONSIDERABLY "twin" has taken all in one day- for a couple of weeks at a time however, in some individuals or just 4 clen a day. it is not a matter of toughness, it is related to normal levels of neurotransmitters, # and sensitivity of beta and alpha adrenoreceptors, as well as auxillary degradation. ie- reuptake and oxidation, plus liver degradation of drug and its metabolites- BODY becomes very efficient at breaking down caffiene- quite rapidly by upregulation of production of enzymes. peace

thanks guys, now i feel much better. the beta blocker worked within 1 hour and i hope it will be gone tomorrow becouse i have to start taking eca again. i think everybody who uses clen or eca and trys to "push" them a little should have half a tab of tenormin on hand. it is very effective, and it can save you from a LONG night. | ||

Ternomin is a beta-blocker used for treating high blood pressure through a few different mechanisms including slowing the intensity and frequency of heartbeats. All beta blockers are prescription only. It's possible that you could try melatonin to mellow out a bit, but beta blockers have a much more powerful effect. |
