I would appreciate any cycle suggestions that yall have. Here are my stats. I am 6'2", and weigh right at 250, 20% bf. I bench 395 and do deep squats sets of 10 with 405, so I don't really care to get any stronger. I mostly would just like to get more defined and lose bf, but strength gains are always a plus. | ||

DIET AND CARDIO ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN TRYING TO LOOSE BODY FAT. YOU HAVE TO EAT CLEAN AND KEEP THE PROTEIN HIGH. AS FOR A CUTING CYCLE I WOULD GO WITH EQ,WINNY,FINA. EQ AT 400MG/WEEK FROM WEEKS1-10 WINNY AT 50MG/ED FOR WEEKS 5-10 FINA AT 1CC/EOD FROM WEEKS 5-10 CLOMID AT 100MG/DAY FOR WEEK 11, 50MG/DAY FOR WEEK 12 AND 50MG/EOD FOR WEEK 13 ALSO TO HELP AID IN THE FAT LOSS I WOULD THROW IN CLEN AND E/C/A ALTERNATING BETWEEN THE 2 EVERY TWO WEEKS. Try to cut out as many carbs as you can, keep your protein intake high of course (try pure whey protein from optimum nutrition, 23g of protein to 3g of carbs per serving)and try some Xenedrin or Hydroxycuts and use them religiously. Do at leat 15 mins of cardio at least twice a week. That should decrease your bf % while maintaining muscle. If you wanna juice, a winny/eq/fina cycle would get the job done.
