WHAT THE HELL CAN I EAT IM TRYING TO CUTUP. IM DOING T3 UP TO 4 A DAY AND 1CC OF WINNY A DAY AND 4 CLEN A DAY. IM SICK OF EATING TUNA AND CHICKEN.PROTEIN SHAKES R FINE BUT WHAT ELSE CAN I EAT IM STARVING ALL THE TIME AND WHAT TIME CAN YOUR LAST MEAL BE.THIS IS SO HARD AND EVERYTHING HAS TOO MUCH SODIUM IN IT OR TOO MUCH FAT OR CARBS. I NEED TO CUT UP | ||

Crystal light! The water will fill your stomach, and you will feel like your drinking cool-aid. When Im dieting this seems to help with the carb craving. I will also bump up the fat sometimes by eating more red meat. It seems more filling then chicken and tuna, and without any carbs you arent going to store any fat anyway. | ||

All meats, tuna, eggs, cheese, peanut butter, protein powders/bars, rice in small servings. If you're looking to do this all on diet you're going to fail. When doing T3, I raise my intensity a notch and do more cardio and just cut calories a little and sodium a lot. The primary foods I'll eliminate are fried foods, pizza and chinese food. I'll still eat at Burger King, just get a plain burger and throw away the bun. I also change breakfast from cereal to eggs. I see good results this way. ------------------ | ||

Eggs, Lobster, Halibut, Cod, Super lean ground beef, yogurt for a snack, stir fry beef or chicken, steak, beef liver, grilled turkey breast (outstanding, ... oh hell... lots of stuff. Just sucks to take the time to cook. And no... I don't eat beef liver. | ||

When I'm cutting up I don't have a goal as far as calories. Mostly just protien. I suck in 300 to 350 grams of protien in a day, and just take it easy on the carbs and fat. I'm too damn busy to count 'em all, I just listen to what my body is telling me. Not the most scientific approach, but I'm still pretty damn lean. | ||

Let's see... I take in about 180 grams of protien in a day from shakes (when I'm not trying to gain weight). And that's only two shakes, with two scoops of protien in each one. Easy to get. 1/2 lb of chicken brest has 56 grams of protien in it. 6 large eggs has 42. 2 cups of milk with each of those meals gives an extra 32 grams. Just in that there's 310. Not hard at all really. You just get sick of not ever really feeling "full". And eating chicken all the time gets old. So I switch from that, then go to pork chops, steak, turkey breast, and so on. | ||

You can try Eclipse Lipodize, which contains Simmondsin. Simmondsin is a compound found in Jojoba meal and has been shown to decrease hunger due to its affects on the CCK system. It is not a stimulant like ephedrine, but an anorexant. I have never tried it personally, but the research on Simmondsin is pretty interesting. If anyone has tried I would like to hear about it. |
