I am currently 5'10'' at 190lbs and 8% bodyfat. This will be my second cycle, the first one(over a year ago)consisted of deca only as well and I was very happy with my gains from it. My first cycle I bulked and this time I will attempt to cut. My goal is 5% bodyfat with my cycle consisting of deca only at 300mg/10wks and clomid to follow. My question is should I keep my calories strict from the beggining or should I wait a few weeks until the deca has "kicked in". In other words I don't know if I need to diet hard for all ten weeks to lose 3% bodyfat. Could I bulk the first three or four weeks followed by six weeks of cutting or is that a stupid question. | ||

This is a similar question, but who thinks that 600mg/Deca and 400mg/EQ a week is enough for a cutting cycle with T3 and clen to stop T-3 from eating my muscle without the use of test? | ||

Diet is by far the key to losing fat. Gear will not do that, they help with the muscle aspect. ------------------

I will not have a problem with eating clean and getting my bodyfat down to 5%. The problem is that I don't want to peak to early. I want to be in peak condition in 10 weeks. I am already at a decent fairly cut 8% bf. I am trying gauge whether 10 wks of balls to the wall dieting will be overkill. | ||

let me say this. You will need a full 7 or 8 weeks to get down to 5% The reason is simple the body slows down at 8 % downward. That 3% will be a bitch. I was at 10% in january for a show alst year. On May 13th I was at 2.5 % with calipers so thats a long way to go. My contest diet started in Late February so it took me 12 weeks to get ready for the show. I ended up being ripped and I feel over dieted by 2 weeks. depeltion if you do these. You need to be moving here full force even at 8%. I am sure you have the diet down so I would kick it in now.
