just wondering what is the best route to take. I'm 5'11 230 what i'm wanting to do is increase size of chest arms but decrease the size of my joe aka (my belly). just wanting to get some tested opinions on this.

It all boils down to your diet. Your going to have to ask more specific questions in order to get information that will help you. Diet is the most important aspect of cutting.

first get a clean diet, do cardio 4-5 times a week, eats lots of protein, no carbs 3 hours before you go to bed. drink lots of water.

I AGREE WITH THE MAJORITY. DIET AND CARDIO ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS. THE JUICE IS JUST THERE TO HELP PRESERVE MUSCLE WHILE ON A LOW CAL DIET. AS FOR A CYCLE I WOULD TRY THIS
