dude you never use creatine during a cycle creatine just puts water in your muscles and what does almost every juice do better then creatine as a side affect...yeah puts water in your muscles so if you on some test like anyone that wants to grow should be creatine is a waste of time no when you're coming off of a cycle i think its a good thing to use check out that Dimmaxx shit for post cycle sups

i use cell tech because i like the way it tastes and because i know someone at gnc that gets it for me really cheap. i feel like it helps out during a cycle, rather its cell tech or regular creatine. i double up on the serving during cycles.

quote: As a side effect, certain steroids make you hold water but not in your muscles as you stated. If that was the case you would not get the bloated look like you do! Steroids make you hold water between your skin and your muscle, so I believe that using creatine during a cycle would be beneficial because creatine holds water in muscles giving you an added advantage!!!!!

Right on. CellTech is not only a cell volumiser but also helps to increase your insulin sensitivity. In addition to this along with the water it also helps transport electrolytes into the muscles that are lost during workouts, which facilitates better revovery periods. That is why you take the cell Tech straight after your workouts. [This message has been edited by Purple (edited March 02, 2001).] |
