IM USING T3 AND WINNY BUT I DONT EAT A LOT.AONLY CHICKEN AND TUNA AND SOME FRUIT AND PROTEIN SHAKES.I TAKE IN ABOUT 150GRAMSOF PROTEIN A DAY.WILL THIS BE BAD FOR THE T3 SINCE I DINT EAT A LOT.I ONLY EAT ABOUT 800 TO 1300 CALS A DAY | ||

800-1300 CALORIES IN A DAY?? Why waste your hard-earned money on gear if your diet is not fine-tuned... #1-I call bullsh*t on that estimate, 'cause 150 grams of protein = 600 some odd calories...you're telling me the fruit, and fat from the tuna (and most everything we eat nowadays!) doesn't take it up higher... #2-If you're really not eating more than that, forget the juice...get your diet in check before taking the risks of using gear! ------------------ | ||

150 gms of protein is ok if you weigh about 75 pounds Also, I would seriously consider throwing some test in there so the t-3 doesn't eat your muscles away...winstrol may/maynot be enough (I wouldn't chance it bro) | ||

Unless you are a small framed woman in the last few days of dieting for a show, you are not eating anywhere near enough. If you don't know a lot about T3 then you should not be taking it. It can fuck up your thyroid permanently if taken wrongly. |
