I don't care what anyone says the mods on this board know what they are talking about. I give props to whoever it is who chooses who the mods are. They are some of the few on this board who actually know what they are talking about. Everyone else in here only passes on the information they heard from some jackass at the gym last night. Way to go MODS!!!!! Thanks for all the info     | ||

i'm sure most would agree that the mods here are first rate. i think it's what you said about everyone else here that has probably generated a bit of consternation and incredulity. generalizations about a large and diverse group, few of whom you know personally i would wager, concerning how broad a body of knowledge they have on a given topic is ludicrous. they would not be here if they believed all needed info could be gleaned from their gym mates. likewise, those dispensing info seem to be relating first hand accounts of their own experiences if one can interpret the language of their texts properly. ergo, do not assume that we all just REPEAT WHAT THE FUCK WE HERE FROM JACKASSES AT THE GYM! thank you. | ||

Yes, I do agree that the mods really know their shit, but I also have to stop you on the other comment you made. The one discrediting everyone else on the board. I think you need to get your OWN facts straight before you go making generalizations about "everyone else" on the board. Peace | ||
