I hardly ever post here but I read a lot. US customs states that there's a new law allowing 50 "dosage units" of medication without prescription to go over the border. As you dig deeper it then contradicts itself and says: Possession of certain medications without a prescription from a physician licensed in the United States may violate state and local laws. Of course "Certain" isn't defined anywhere. Typical government bullshit. Sounds like it depends on who you get at the border and what kinda mood they are in. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!     | ||

Schedule 3 drugs are exempt from this rule. Schedule 3 will never be allowed. Guess what roiods are......Schedule 3 right answer there bubba. | ||

I went to the link, and it specifically says that class 2 through 5 are allowed in personal use quantities of 50 units or less if they are approved in the US by the FDA. If I understand it correctly, I think it means that you can bring back Anadrol, Deca, Test, and Winstrol. Please check the other post for the link and confirm whether or not I'm crazy | ||

Now THIS is an interesting twist. Any lawyers out there? I HAVE brought back Clen with no problem. From what I have been told, the likes of Clomid, Novaldex, and Prociron are OK as well for "personal use". But actual gear such as Test, DBol, EQ, DECA, ..... now my understanding is that you cannopt bring that back, even with the personal use exemption. | ||

Tomo - you might want to print off a copy of the statement from the website. I can't see how they would justify not letting you come back with test or deca when it clearly states that you can even bring back level 2 controlled substances for personal use (which require special triplicate prescriptions in the US). Obviously, schedule 2 narcotics are far more dangerous than anabolic steroids. Just make sure you only bring back therapies that are approved by the FDA for use in the US: testosterone cyponate, testosterone enanthate, Anadrol, Deca-Durabolin, Durabolin, Winstrol, Anavar. (I believe D-bol is NOT a currently approved substance) Let us know what happens! | ||

You still can't bring back drugs or medications not permitted in the United States, such as anabolic steroids, laetrile, or heroin." so the answer is still an obvious no. ------------------ | ||

Are you sure about that? I now guys who have doctors that prescibe test,gh, and deca to them. I think a couple of them are also getting anavar. And yes, their doctor is legally prescribing it for them. | ||

I'm with Iron Fist on this one so far. I think the context where they are mentioning illegal anabolic steroids is where they are talking about drugs that are NOT approved for use in the US under schedule 2 through 5 of the controlled substances list. This would include dianabol, heroin, and other drugs not available in the US for medicinal purposes. How could they possible allow morphine to be imported for personal use but not testosterone? That wouldn't make any sense! | ||

so are we able to bring back test, and deca and other roids, or are we not able to bring them back, I thought steroids were not class 3 drugs anymore, look if we are able to bring back at 50 doses or less, is steroids allowed in this clause......Please someone answer! | ||

Testosterone, Deca, and the other still are class III controlled substances. What appears to have changed is a federal ruling that allows you to return to the United States from a foreign country with personal use quantities of class 2 through 5 controlled substances. |
