If you didn't read his post about his crash from anadrol, then you should read it, especially if you are relatively new the game. It was probably the best post i've seen in days, well informative and something people can learn from, not like how much can you calf raise. Too many people jump into this game and go through similar crashes. They can be devastating. Although i never experienced anything like that crash, a friend i went to college with a couple of years ago did. I remember he was on a dbol only cycle, something like 50mg a day for 8 weeks, if memory serves. He blew up, i swear he didn't even look like the same person, he gained near 40lbs!! Now granted alot of water was gained, none the less the guy was looking damn huge!! Then i ran into him a few months later, and i thought for sure he had aids or some kind of cancer, he was so thin and weak looking. I felt really bad when i saw him, he actually weighed less than he did before he started. His face was all sunken in, and his once wide shoulders were sad looking, his round full looking arms were now twigs. For a short time he walked the college halls a beast, looking confident and quite scary, and then as quick as he gained, he then lost. I spoke with him late last year and he said he couldn't even go out becasue he was so embarrassed from what he looked like. His mind is shattered, he says he will never juice again, it was so devastating for him, i think he is now only starting to get back to the gym and train naturally. He was not well educated on the topic, and the work involved in gaining and keeping your gains. There was no post cycle routine, nothing. He just shriveled up to a mere shadow of his former self. I gave him a link to this site back in december and i'm not sure if he visits or not, i think his time and come and gone as far as gear goes. I think posts like these are VERY beneficial to others and we need to gain some of this back on what i belive is the best discussion board of all. | ||

If you do enough research, ask for opinions (not necessarily on this board, but others!), plan things out, get your diet and training down BEFORE hittin' the gear, and have the proper post-cycle ancillaries, there is NO reason to have a serious "crash." I didn't read his thread, but that is my first thought no matter why it happened...I agree, shit happens sometimes, but for 99% of us, if we follow the steps above, things will go GREAAAT (in my best Tony the Tiger voice, LOL!)... ------------------ |
