This question is for my friend.. He gave a friend of his 1 cap of the 1,4 and he ahd to go to the hospital... And the kid told the hospital he got it from my friend..> Can anything happen to my friend?     | ||

yes, something can happen to your friend. Bute is only legal if in a solvent container. If it is in any other bottle with a label of something other than that of a solvent, it is illegal. One cap seems a small amount to send someone to the hospital. I took 6 last night. Is it pure bute and not watered down? How many ml's did it contain? | ||

I'm not sure if he mixed it with liquid... I made sure to tell him not to take it without mixing it.... He measured 1ml of powder in a syringe case... i thought it wa odd to get fucked up that bad on 1ml... But he started vomiting and all sorts of weird shit | ||

I'm the guy that gave the BD to my friend. He started carping out on the fucking floor, and vomited and passed out, then went to the ER. What the fuck am i supposed to do?? Is it illegal in Texas?? I didn't sell it to him, I just gave it to him. WTF do I do? This is very imperative that I get some answers. | ||

Two things can happen: 1. Your buddy could theoretically press charges against you. (Very unlikely) 2. The ER might inform the police of what happenned since a controlled drug was involved. The could pursue this further, but they have no tangible evidence against you. Esentially its your buddies word against yours. And he's not exactly going to testify against you, is he? I would be more worried of what his parents are going to do once they find out, which they will... Godspeed | ||

Fonz, it was actually during school that this happened. I am in a public high school, and am not a minor. I know that he will not press charges, so that is not an issue. It's me getting kicked out of school thats the issue, or me possessing the drug and getting jail time, or giving it to someone else and getting jail time for that. It's mainly a criminal suit that I'm worried about, or the fact that I had it on school grounds, thats the issue. | ||

same here. i took 1 fluid ounce and ended up in the er. they told it was 1,4 and asked me where i got it. i just them i got from a guy from a small gym who i met 2 yrs ago. and i don't even know his name(im lieing)make the story short, the cops released me from the hospital and never charged me with anything. Hmmmmmm....That's an entirely matter then.. If it were a private school they would boot you.... But a public school needs more grounds to boot you. They need to catch you in actual possession of the illicit substance. Just deny everything and say you didn't know what it was. You need to get together with your friend to get your stories straight. What I find so troublin bout this story is that people are taking stuff without knowing dosage. General rule: 1 Ml 1,4 = 1 gram ghb and I read 1 fluid ounze as a dose. Holy fuck, | ||

Liewise Grotto. When I read that: I was like: 1 fluid ounce(28g), WTF????!!! You would G-out in a matter of minutes, not to mention you'd probably puke your guts out. Guys, even with a full stomach, 6-7g is as high as I've gone(food decreases the efectiveness of the GHB). For gods sake, assess your tolerance first!!! Godspeed | ||

Lets start off by saying BDO is not a drug. It is an industrial chemical. There is a case currently involving the disribution of drugs on a school campass that resulted of a young girl dying when she took the drugs later that day at her birthday party in colorado. The kid that allegedly sold the drugs is facing harsher penalties due to the fact the the crime origionally occured on compass. You would have to check the Texas statutes to find out if they have scheduled BDO. | ||
