To the right of my chest I have started a muscle twitch which you can not only see but feel. Its just pumps like somehting is trying to escape and is knocking from my insides.

It actually at the base of my rib cage I think ( in between left and right chest cavaty and than lower (sternum?)

This started just yesterday but a few weeks ago I was keeled over with a pain in the same area that would not go away.

The pain left and has come back a few times but as mentioned this is new. ANy help?

i get twitches too, especially in the tricep bicep area, and they seem to be more frequent when im trying to mass up. i usually try to take in more potassium and vitamin e- they usually quiet down within 3-4 days.however, there is no serious pain with these twitches, your severe pains dont sound good. might want to see a doc about those.

i used to get muscle spasms when i was on creatine and sleep deprived from working 3rd shift. (i used to get around 4-5 hours a day.)

i would go off creatine and they would disappear in about two weeks. i'd go back on and the spasms would start up within days.

they'd be mostly in my feet and hands. strange thing!

(i've since quit that job and get between 6-8 hours a night, and no more spasms from creatine.)

the twitches are actually a stressor. it means that your muscles and/or body are undergoing too much stress. i get em all the time-mainly due to sleep deprivation.
