i dont recall anything you can take besides deca..just give a rest on the joints its either your ligaments in your elbow or your tendons...after a good rest they should heal...if not there is always your physcian =)

I once fucked up my right elbow doing heavy weighted dips. It took almost 2 months to rehab, and what I did was basically eliminate any excercise which made my elbow hurt. I also wore a brace on the elbow regardless, and I also took lots of glucosamine /chondrotin (sp?) supplements to help the joints out.

I think deca would be a bad move, because there is no proof it heals anything in the joints. In my opinion, it just masks the pain. I know how hard it is to lay off of exercises, but think of it this way: sacrifice 2 months to get better, or never have your elbow heal right.

Bro lay off or lighten up on the weights where you can't fill any pain while lifting or end up like me its been close to year and my elbows are still hurting very bad.I tried to push through it thought it would go away WRONG it got worse now I wish I would have just stoped for a while gave it a chance to heal.

Knox makes a supplement called NutraJoint I think. It has gelatin and glucosamine and can be mixed with juice. You might try that.

I had some elbow problems because I was letting my wrist cock back while doing extensions. Once I strengthened my forearm flexors enough so I could keep my wrist neutral, I was able to work tris hard w/o elbow pain. I don't know why that made such a difference, but it did.

glucosamine sulphate and collagen hydrolysate. Taken in combination, these two items have been shown to protect the structual integrity of joints and ligaments. With consistant long-term use, they help repair and form new cartilage in damaged joints. Taken from " A Portrait of Dorian Yates"
