Hello all!

Do you know the best routine to get massive leg muscles?

I thought of 3 routines I tried. Can you please tell me which is the best?

Routine 1:
800-1000 pounds on leg press machine. Many reps, but my motion is not Knees to chest

Routine 2:
450-500 pounds on leg press machine where I do KNEES TO CHEST range

Routine 3:
Squats with 70-100 pounds on me

----------------
Which routine from those 3 is the best? What is the worst?

reply please!

Thanx!

well itdepends on what your looking to do to them, what are they like?
every leg workout should be changed up every 4 weeks, then hit them with sets of 20-30 to shock them.

I just want them huge so I vcould get big arms. I do not care much about their strenth just the size...

20-30 reps are good to shock them?

Bro, try this approach I found out about in a book called "Super Squats"
Week 1 Whatever weight is comfortable X 20
Week 2 Add 10# x 20 thru Week 6
Concentrate on inhaling deeply before exertion, holding your breath during the motion down, and exhaling during your thrust upward! This routine alone (with nothing else for legs during this 6 week "cycle") worked wonders for me! Try it, or better yet, go to your local public library, check out the book and go for it! Peace Bro
SQUATS RULE NO DOUBT

You cannot get huge arms until you have a huge lean weight. Legs are one of the biggest muscles there is, and therefor can give you the biggest weight gain. (Lower back and chest are also similiar)

Or if you use AS, then legs may be not important... But for a clean guy...

Basic heavy movements.

Squats, Hack squats, leg presses, smith machine squats here and there will do it.

Like they said, I will do a day of just super sets here and there, non stop. Don't really count sets but you will know when you are done.

You should break it up into 2 workouts (I do them the same day, 5 hours apart).

Workout A
Squats (deep, 4-5 sets, varying rep ranges)
Lunges (3-4 sets)
Front Squats (3 sets)
You can throw in leg extensions if you want

Workout B
Stiff-legged deadlifts - 4-5 sets (these hit traps better than shrugs, too)
Leg curls - 3-4 sets
Calves - standing and seated.

Your legs will get fucking huge fucking quick.
