Come on Iron Game you're one of the guru's, you must know the seated twist machine. It's that ridiculous piece of equipment that people use in the gym stacking it with a ton of weight so they can build huge muscular love handles while they think they are spot reducing the fat. I love watching people use that thing as their waste grows bigger every month. | ||
