 No fat after insulin, but what about before?

I know the routine after an insulin injection. I'm using 10 ius of humalin r post workout with a carbo force, than a no fat meal two hours after. I'm wondering if what I eat an hour before my workout has to be monitored also. I usually eat 1.5- 2.5 hours before my insulin shot and it's just a normal meal. Does this meal have any effects with the insulin or do I not need to worry about it. I ask because I'm concerned about fat from this meal being taken directly to fat stores by the insulin. ------------------     | ||
