I injected into my bi's for the first time yesterday.I put 1cc winny and 1cc test suspension into each bi. Everything was fine until the middle of the night when I woke up and I could straiten my arms out. I still can't straiten my arms and my bi's are sorer than shit. Was it too much volume for my bi's,or is it the suspension making them sore. I've never had pain like this after an injection before.Any advice or experience is appreciated.Peace.     | ||

welcome to site injections.the volume is fine, ive used up to 3ccs in each arm, with no problems.the suspension is painful to begin with so that combo will cause extreme soreness.you will be fine in about two days |
