I have tried several times to register for Elite Mail however each time late in the process I get an error message and an explanation that I might need to download the newer version of Microsoft VM. I then downloaded it as per the instructions and installed it but am still getting the same error message. I am not the most computer literate person so does anyone know how to solve this or has anyone else had the same problem and what did you do? In case you need any technical info on my system I am running an Aptiva E Series 270(IBM) with Windows 98(I think) and my ISP is AOL. I already have an Operamail account but figured I would take the extra step for safety in dealing with those that have Elite accounts.     | ||

Try using Internet Explorer as your browser instead of the AOL browser.
