isn't the basis of tha Atkins diet to stop Insulin release in the body? so DNP will be like being on the Atkins diet without giving up simple carbs?

Santo, I am by no means experienced when it comes to DNP use but it will leave you feeling very run off your feet and workouts will suffer quite a bit. You will feel drained and not have too much energy to put to good use so do not expect that you would be able to have the best of workouts. That being said if you are on a bridge workouts should be less total volume so you may be able to get away with it.

No Insulin is not needed when using Dnp but as the friend above said people combine insulin with T3 to keep off fat. I am gonna be hitting the Dnp any day now and which to experience exactly how bad this boy really is

Peace

No insulin is not needed. DNP works through dramatically enhancing thermogenesis by uncoupling oxadative phosphoralation. Insulin really hasnt anything to do with how DNP works.
