I WAS WONDERING IF A MUSCLE IS NOT SORE ANYMORE AFTER YOU HAVE WORKED IT OUT(5 DAYS AFTER) DOES IT MEAN THAT IT IS READY TO BE TRAINED AGAIN?

Well I don't exactly know what your asking but I will trry to help. If your muscle isn't sore then I tdon't see why you aren't working it out! And besides soreness is a good thing lets you know your pushing yourself. Even if you are sore you can still workout as long as your not injured. Besides streching your muscles and working out relieves the soreness. Did you just start lifting?

After 5 days the muscle is fine. Most people are fine after 3 days. I depends somewhat on your genetics but mostly on your recovery methods (lots of protein, calories, sleep, etc.)

YOur muscles should be sore - Delayed Musles Soreness. Usually 48 hours is the peak soreness for myself. If your not getting sore change your routine, the amount of weight, reps, rest in between sets, etc.. If your training heavy and properly, I feel once a week is enough for a muscle group.
