I'm taking 2CC B12/EOD, 1CC Fina/EOD and 750mg/Omna week. I eat 7-9 times a day, and about 6000 calories. My protein intake is around 300G. I'm 21, 6'3, and weighed 258lbs last Monday at the beginning of my cycle. Today *Tuesday* I weighed in at 278lbs. We checked the scale with weights for accuracy, and everything measured out. Not really any BF or water weight, so things are starting out really well. Let me know what you guys think.

20lbs in one week with no water retention, they are some pretty big figures man, taking some milk thistle or antioxidants for the fina?

I didn't say no water retention...if I did, I apologize. I'm sure there is some, but I weigh myself pre and post workout and record food, supplement and gear intake down to the minute. I also track my weight and bodyfat composition. I swear on my life those 20lbs are real, muscle or some water, they are there.

I think I have a good diet...a day might go like this.

8:00AM - 6 eggs, sasuage
9:30 - protein shake
10:30 - beef jerky
11:00 - liquid protein
12:30 - lunch
2:30 - protein shake (pre-workout)
4:00 - weight gainer (post-workout)
5:00 - 2 cans of tuna
6:30 - supper
8:00 - fish or chicken
9:00 - ramen or tomato soup
11:00 - protein shake before bed

...that was my diet from Monday. It costs a lot, but dad doesn't mind paying for
it. =)
