I HAVE BEEN EATING A LOT OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES LATELY. I HAVE GAINED SLIGHTLY MORE LEAN MUSCLE. BUT I DONT KNOW IF ITS FROM THE EATING OR MY TRAINING. DOES FRUITS AND VEGETABLES PLAY A BIG PART IN MUSCLE NUTRITION? OR JUST PROTEINS?

Fruits and Veg, are very important to ones diet... Their are many health benifits that are associated with them(ex: antioxidants, fiber,min,vit's,ect...) But to answer your question, yes they play an important role in your nutrtion. Its important to have a well rounded diet(not just protein). As far as you gaing lean muscle you need to look at the big picture to see what your doing right. It will take proper Diet,Rest, and training to add muscle(To some it takes more than those 3, but those are the 3 big keys). If you are lacking in one of these fields then you can be hindering your growth. So, to me it sounds like your adding muscle so your doing something right. Keep up the good work.
